MP Municipal Corporation Act 1956 Section 132 A, define User charges concept. Mp govt. Imposed user Charges by law in year 2010. User charges may be imposed on citizen services like :-
- Water Charges (For Provision of water supply),
- Drainage or sewerage charge (Where a system of drainage sewerage disposal has been introduced),
- A charge for management of solid waste where the corporation has introduced a system of disposal of waste.
- Charges for any other specified services rendered by the corporation.
